I bought an item from you last week and now you have it on sale for $50 less. What should I do? Just go to any Store with your widescreentv receipt and we''ll credit you with the $50 difference. If you paid cash, you''ll get cash back. Do you beat the prices in membership warehouses and military widescreentv PXs or catalogs? We will match any advertised price from a local store stocking the same new item, available for sale with a manufacturer''s warranty and in a factory-sealed box including warehouse clubs since they are legitimate retailers. We do not honor mail order or Internet retailers prices but when shipping charges are added in, we think you''ll find our prices most competitive. PX''s are subsidized and not open to the general public so we do not match prices with them. We find many military personnel shop with us anyway because our prices are often better than at the PX and the selection is much greater.

Another dealer in town has a lower price on an item you carry, but is out of stock at the moment. Why won''t you honor their price? In order for us to match a lower price, the item must be immediately available from the competitor. If not, we must assume that the offer is not legitimate. Though rare, some retailers promote low prices on out-of-stock items to practice bait-and-switch tactics or to harm the competition. Don''t worry. If you purchase from us and within thirty days the competitor receives the item and still sells it for less, we''ll match the price! For every product we sell, we''ll match any advertised price from a local store stocking the same new item, available for sale with a manufacturer''s warranty and in a factory-sealed box. Even after your purchase, if you find a lower advertised price within 30 days, including our own sale prices, we''ll refund the difference.

My product works fine but it just doesn''t suit my needs so I''d like my money back. For most purchases, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days, provided the item is returned in widescreentv new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Computers, monitors, printers, laptops and related merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; widescreentv unopened software and music can be refunded during the 30-day time frame. Merchandise purchased as Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee. Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
