If you choose not to insure your wide screen tvs package, and we do not accept return of the product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. the purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise screen and tvs in like new condition in conformity with this policy. shipping fees are non-refundable wide whether an item is returned screen to our store or to our return center. for exchanges of a defective product, we will refund shipping charges. please tvs allow 14 days from when we receive your product for the processing of your credit. additional charges may be assessed wide for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
