if you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. the purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will projection be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy. shipping fees are non-refundable tv whether an rca item projection is returned to our tv store or to our return rca center. for exchanges of a defective product, we projection will refund shipping charges. tv please allow 14 days from when we receive your product for the processing of your credit. rca additional projection charges may be tv assessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
