merchandise purchased on-line through our site (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a return authorization ("ra"). any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved ra may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. an ra is good for 10 days. please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance panasonic and projection charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. stop by and see us.

if you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return tv of the product for reasons panasonic stated above, you will be projection responsible for any loss or damage. the purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy. shipping fees are non-refundable whether an item is returned to our store or to our return tv and panasonic center. for exchanges of a defective product, we will refund shipping charges. projection please tv allow 14 days from when we receive your product for the processing of your credit. additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories panasonic.
