If hitachi big screen you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. the purchase price big (less any applicable open box screen fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this televisions policy. shipping fees are non-refundable whether an item is returned to our store hitachi or to our return center. for exchanges of a defective product, we will refund big shipping charges. please allow 14 days from when we receive your screen product for the televisions processing of your credit. additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing hitachi parts and/or accessories.

if you choose to return your phone purchase to the distribution center, please understand that it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to cancel big any service contract that has been screen established. televisions we are not hitachi responsible for contacting the carrier regarding canceling or changing your service plan. for product that we verify to be defective, we will pay big freight in both directions on any such merchandise exchanges and no open box fees will be assessed. (please note that merchandise purchased at your local store [not on-line] cannot be returned via mail. please return such items to your local store.) we screen are unable to refund any purchase from the site from the time your televisions order is placed until your product is received by you and returned to us.
