I found a lower price on an item I bought from you last week but I''m having trouble getting my request for a price adjustment big screen tv honored. can you help? we make lots of price adjustments every day based on our low price guarantee - many against our own sale prices! when we screen turn down a request it is because the competing offer did not qualify under our guarantee. our low price guarantee applies to all new-in-box products tv we sell except cellular phones and pagers and we are committed to honoring our guarantee projection and big screen tv providing screen the following criteria are met: the competing offer was valid at the same time or within 30 days of your purchase with us a local retailer (not mailorder or out of town) tv is making the competing offer.

if you choose to return your phone purchase to the distribution center, please understand that it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to cancel any service contract that has been established. we are not responsible for contacting the projection carrier regarding canceling or changing your service plan. for product that we verify big to be defective, screen we will pay freight tv in both directions on any such merchandise exchanges and no open box fees will be assessed.
